Tsukineko Inks are washable, blendable, quick-drying and permanent when heat set. We have found that the colors maintain their vibrance even after washing! All-Purpose Inks are water-based, archival and acid free and have a very light hand, if any.

·         For best results the manufacturer recommends using 100% cotton or silk.
